We offer a 3 tiered support model covering all possible support requirements.

Break & Fix:

The simplest form of support Network Elements has to offer is the standard break/fix support system.

Simply put, when you have an issue that you cannot resolve or just need an engineer to come and provide a one off service for you. This service would cover all those unexpected eventualities.

Maintenance Contract:

For those with an existing system that need more peace of mind for their IT infrastructure we provide a standard maintenance contract for all the equipment used, that Network Elements will provide support for over the agreed period of time.

On top of this Network Elements engineers will regularly provide health checks for this equipment either locally or remotely at regular intervals, proactively tuning your system to minimise any failure of your infrastructure.

As this service is defined to your particular hardware and infrastructure, we require a site visit to audit and give you a personal quote for the support.

Remote Administration:

For those companies that have successfully grown over time that now find the burden of IT infrastructure becoming unmanageable, or simply the amount of day to day administration beginning to warrant resources needing to be allocated to keeping your system running, Network Elements can provide a higher level of service which takes those worries away from you and your staff to carry on with your jobs.

At a fraction of the cost of dedicated IT trained staff, Network Elements can provide the day to day administration requirements of all your systems. We would provide remote connectivity as part of the contract and on a daily basis act and monitor your system on your behalf. Systems would be proactively checked for issues regularly to minimise the downtime of any part of your system. Administration requests would be mailed directly to us and actioned in a timely fashion.

Network Elements engineers would also regularly attend site to discuss any ongoing IT requirements and recommendations and in the worst case of any system failure, we would provide Network Elements engineers in site to return the service capability of your system.
